okapifun also has that problem. Become friends with her, she would like that. Are you homesick? Bring with you something that reminds you of your family. Don't call home before bed because hearing they're voice will want to make you want to go home more. Hope that helps!
OMG!!! don't worry skigirl!!! I have the exact same problem. except with my BFF. Why don't you start sleeping over at your BFF's house first. Don't worry, I cried the first time, so that parts perfectly normal. But after that, I could sleep over without crying at all at her house. Hope this helps!
I get scared too dont worry you are not alone I'm sure we both will eventuly get over it. I think If you have a friend you can for sure trust you may stay up all night but you will have the comfort of that friend.
Maybe if you start with have the sleepovers at your house, and then, try going to your BFF's house. And then, maybe you will feel better and be able to go to your friends house all the time when they ask. Hope this helps.
PS If your friend is having a sleepover and you don't want to spend the night, maybe go home earlier. There is nothing wrong with going to stay a while.
Wow Skigirl that happened to me when ever I had a sleepover 15mins. away from home because I was so used to spending the night across the street from my my house but not anymore.
